Tabby and I looked at our contest lists yesterday and realize that there are now 25 contests between now and Wednesday! We went through the list and picked out some we could recycle previous recipes for, and those that need new recipes for. We wrote out our recipe ideas and I did the shopping yesterday. Today … massive cooking day. I got up early and started the corned beef boiling. I also made the Omelets Benedict for the family for breakfast (Richard was out running in the rain, Tabby and Axel both slept in!) When they all came in, they all gave a thumbs up on the breakfast!
