I’m pretty exhausted right now … we’re at the end of our Q1 marathon list of contest entries! (you know, while in my spare time, I try to keep a busy WORK schedule!!!!)
Anyway, I just finished the last big contest recipe/photo. I’m too exhausted to actually upload that one (frankly, Tabby and I REALLY want to nail this one. It’s reward is a Alaskan Cruise for 2 in September!!
But .. to bring folks up to date .. we’ve cooked all weekend .. I’ve cooked all day yesterday and today (between meetings), and now have just finished the biggie! Below are links to the awesome recipes! I will say that every single one has gotten a thumbs up from family! Tabby’s instincts are awesome! Right now she’s trying to convince me that we should consider (for an Easter dessert recipe) that chocolate pudding and Jello would be a good mix … I’m not there YET! But she does tend to influence me!!! To influence you, of course, I gotta say that I found the Irish Mushrooms hard to resist. Tabby says the Cheesy Artichoke Meat Pie is “to die for”!!!
