It was an absolutely beautiful weekend here — the sun was shining and I took my Mom to Cherokee overnight. Today is Easter Sunday and I had to come up with a unique cake suggestion for Family Fun. With all the sunshine, I decided a simple cake shaped like a sun with the message “You are my sunshine” fit right in!
